    respectedsir,iam enjoying each every show of yours in u tube.thanking u. ragarding this bipolar cautrey in catching the bleeding point,are we not injuring the adjacent mucosa especially of the septum, and is it OK?

    Update the use of coppersulphate as fungicide, 3% acetic acid, saline douching(already there) and those simple ways to avoid ENT problems.

    I also wish to add that the titles are not indicative of the video content....no one would ever guess that a video titled cricopharynx is about esophageal foreign body , or a video titled hypopharynx is about total laryngectomy!!!

    I have only one comment.... on you tube I had the ability to know your newly added videos but with this new alphabetical arrangement....how can I know when you added a new video without going through all the videos.
